This website and the services offered on it (together, Doxfen) are operated by Doxfen (Private) Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Pakistan (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Corporate Unique Identification No. 0316008), with its registered office at House No. 7, Rehman Colony, Canal Road, near Memon Masjid, Jhang 35200, Punjab, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website, your account, the digital products we sell ("Products") and the custom development services we provide ("Services"). By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Doxfen you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Doxfen.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy anything.
• If you use Doxfen on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that business.
• You must give accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately at info@doxfen.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing an account cancels any unpaid orders but does not affect payments already made or the rules in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• When you pay, you buy from Paddle, which resells our Products and Services to you. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle processes your payment details; we never receive or store your full card details.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle adds any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout based on your location, and your receipt comes from Paddle.
• A price is fixed once you start checkout. We may change prices for future orders at any time.
• Payment problems, invoices and receipts can be raised with Paddle (see the link in your receipt email) or with us at info@doxfen.com; we will help either way.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Once Paddle confirms your payment, the Product is added to your account and can be downloaded from Account → Products. Delivery is normally immediate; if a Product does not appear within a few minutes, contact us. Nothing is shipped physically.

Licence

Unless the Product page states different licence terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the Product for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not:

• resell, sub-license, share or redistribute the Product or its files as they are, or as part of a competing product or asset library;
• claim the Product as your own original work; or
• remove any copyright or licence notices included with it.

The Product itself remains our property (or our licensors'). If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the licence ends and access to the download is removed.

Requirements

Product pages describe supported platforms, versions and system requirements. Please check them before buying; if a Product does not work as described, see our Refund Policy.

How an order is formed

1. You request a quote from a Service page or through the support chat and describe your project.
2. We send a written quote in the chat listing the work (split into steps called "milestones"), the total price and the estimated delivery time. A quote is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.
3. When you accept a quote, an order is created and you choose to pay either the full price upfront or milestone by milestone. A contract for the Services is formed only when your first payment is completed.

Payment and delivery

• Each milestone is paid before work on it begins. With full payment, all milestones are paid upfront.
• We deliver each completed milestone through your order page and the chat. Delivery dates are estimates; we will tell you promptly about any delay.
• You agree to provide the information, content and feedback we reasonably need. Delays caused by missing input may move delivery dates.
• Changes outside the accepted quote are not included. We will quote them separately before doing the work.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time by telling us in the chat or by email. What is refunded on cancellation is set out in the Refund Policy. We may cancel an order if the work would breach our Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or if you do not provide required input for 30 days after we ask for it. If we cancel for any other reason, you receive a refund for every milestone that has not been completed.

Ownership of deliverables

• When a milestone has been paid for, ownership of the custom work delivered for it passes to you, including the right to modify and commercialise it.
• Pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how we use (including open source and third-party components) stay with their owners; you receive a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work, subject to their own licences.
• Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show non-confidential parts of the work in our portfolio.
• You confirm that material you give us (text, art, code, brands) is yours or that you have the right to let us use it for your project.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: digital Products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and for Services, paid milestones that have not been started are refundable while milestones that are in progress or completed are not. Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

You keep ownership of the messages, files and reviews you submit ("Your Content"). You give us a licence to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run Doxfen and deliver your orders, and, for reviews you choose to publish, to show them on the website with your display name.

You must not submit content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content that does.

You must use Doxfen lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach it, and refuse or cancel orders for prohibited work.

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and software, and the Products, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the rights these Terms give you, no rights are granted to you.

We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and deliver Products and Services that match their description. Except for that, and to the extent the law allows, Doxfen, the Products and the Services are provided "as is", and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a purpose you have not told us about.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If something we deliver does not match its description, tell us and we will fix it or refund it in line with the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of Doxfen; and
• our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of files we deliver and for how you use deliverables once they are handed over.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to prevent fraud or harm to others. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund any paid work that has not been completed and you keep access to Products you have bought for a reasonable time to download them. Sections that by their nature should survive (licences to purchased Products, ownership, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to Doxfen or the law. The effective date at the top shows the current version. We will notify account holders by email of material changes at least 14 days before they apply. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally; most issues are settled quickly. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes, but if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws.
