This policy applies to everyone who uses Doxfen: browsing, holding an account, buying products, ordering services, chatting with us, uploading files or posting reviews. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You must not:

• break any law or help anyone else to do so;
• create accounts with false details, impersonate anyone, or share or sell your account;
• try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with the site (for example by overloading it or bypassing rate limits);
• scrape, crawl or copy the site or its content with automated tools, except search-engine indexing allowed by our robots.txt;
• upload viruses, malware or any harmful code, including in chat attachments;
• send spam, or harass, threaten or abuse our staff or others;
• post reviews that are false, paid for, or about a product you have not bought;
• use stolen payment details, make fraudulent purchases, or abuse refunds or chargebacks.

Digital products may only be used under their licence (see our Terms of Service). You must not resell, share or publish product files, remove licence notices, or use a product to build something that breaks this policy.

We will not quote for, and will cancel orders for, work that involves:

• gambling, betting, lotteries or casino games played for money or items of real-world value;
• adult or sexually explicit content, or anything involving minors in a harmful way;
• cheats, hacks, aimbots, exploits or bots for games or online services, or any tool meant to break another service's terms;
• malware, spyware, credential harvesting, phishing, account-cracking or tools designed to gain unauthorised access;
• infringing intellectual property, including cloning copyrighted games, apps, assets or brands without permission;
• weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods and services;
• financial schemes such as pyramid or "get rich quick" schemes, or crypto token launches and trading bots;
• hate speech, extremism, violence against people, or content targeting protected groups;
• academic dishonesty, such as completing coursework or exams to be submitted as someone else's work;
• anything else that is illegal in Pakistan or in your country.

We may remove content, refuse or cancel orders, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Refunds for cancelled orders follow our Refund Policy.

To report misuse, a security issue or content that infringes your rights, email info@doxfen.com with the details. We review every report.
